It was an honor to be on Shade 45 with DJ Mr. Choc, as they treated us as guests in their LA Studio. They featured Moe Dirdee and Houseshoes on the internet radio show, Shade 45. Moe just flew into town that day, hours earlier and came directly to the studio for the show. I remember Shoes gave Moe some herbs that day, I assumed to last the week he was in town but Moe smoked it all that night in the studio. Welcome to Cali bro. Mr. Choc went on to DJ the BET Hip Hop Award Cyphers the next year. It was cool to be with HouseShoes and Moe when they were announced on the show, “Detroit is in the House!”. A good feeling.
