Chanes and the good folks down at Paramita sound threw a big bash for Chanes self titled release, slated for an official release in a week for the rest of the world. A big party went down in West Village Friday night with many people baring a humid room to get face first with the beats and still dance to the chill-hip-hop-vibe created by the Street Corner Music roster, Illingsworth, Raj Mahal, DJ Houseshoes himself and Chanes. Incredible night! We’re looking forward to some re-releases from Chanes, due to his work being spread around with many other artists from the city and early rap work he’s done- I’m sure a majority of people are unaware of his catalogue. So, a big new instrumental self titled release, “Chanes” is dropping next week on Street Corner Music in Los Angeles. If you missed the party at Paramita, pre-order the album here.
